About this treatment
A pelvic-floor training menu using electromagnetically induced contractions. Discuss pelvic-floor function and alternatives such as exercises. Urinary symptoms should not be diagnosed or managed solely from this device menu.
01What to discuss with your doctor
Discuss your goals and daily symptoms, childbirth, surgery and possible pregnancy. Always disclose implanted metal or electronic devices. Symptoms such as leakage or pain require assessment of their cause first.
02From consultation to care
The clinician adjusts area, position, stimulation intensity and duration. Listed device-care time is not necessarily the whole appointment. Report significant pain or discomfort instead of enduring it.
03Recovery & aftercare
Muscle soreness or fatigue may occur. Resume activities according to symptoms and discuss exercise and lifestyle. Symptom relief or visible change is not guaranteed; further sessions depend on response.
04Before choosing your treatment
The clinic excludes pregnancy and implanted metal or electronics for its electromagnetic menus. Pain, muscle soreness or irritation can occur. New pain or worsening symptoms warrant medical assessment.
