02From consultation to care
The clinician adjusts area, position, stimulation intensity and duration. Listed device-care time is not necessarily the whole appointment. Report significant pain or discomfort instead of enduring it.
03Recovery & aftercare
Muscle soreness or fatigue may occur. Resume activities according to symptoms and discuss exercise and lifestyle. Symptom relief or visible change is not guaranteed; further sessions depend on response.
04Before choosing your treatment
