01What to discuss with your doctor
Review pregnancy, breastfeeding, cancer history, infection, allergies and medicines. A doctor assesses suitability, quantity and visits.
02From consultation to care
Allow about 60–90 minutes including the first consultation. Composition, testing records, costs and unapproved status are explained before consent and infusion.
03Recovery & aftercare
The infusion site and general condition are checked. The clinic advises avoiding blood donation afterward. Discuss follow-up intervals with the doctor.
04Before choosing your treatment
Risks include pain, bruising, vein irritation, feeling unwell, fever, allergy and infection. Serious adverse events from unapproved exosome products have been reported overseas. Japan’s adverse drug reaction relief scheme does not cover this service.

Every production batch undergoes sterility, mycoplasma and endotoxin testing. Manufacturing, test and distribution records, plus retained samples, support traceability.
Characterisation beyond particle counts
NTA measures particle size and count; ELISA checks CD9, CD63 and CD81. Published measurements cover 218 analytes: 66 growth factors, 91 cytokines/chemokines and 61 neural factors.
