A clinic package combining nose threads, Ultherapy, a nasal injection and Botox. The clinician adjusts thread allocation and shots. Benefits are not simply additive; each combination requires individual assessment.
01What to discuss with your doctor
Assess nasal skin thickness, cartilage, asymmetry and previous threads, fillers or surgery. Discuss which area will be supported, thread count, limits of change and the possibility of revision or removal.
02From consultation to care
After assessment, planning, cleansing and anaesthesia, absorbable threads are inserted into selected columellar or alar areas. Each combined treatment requires its own suitability assessment. Confirm the total including anaesthesia and extra threads.
03Recovery & aftercare
Swelling, bruising, tenderness or a foreign-body sensation may occur. Avoid pressure, forceful nose blowing and massage; ask about cleansing, makeup, glasses and exercise. The settling period varies.
04Before choosing your treatment
Risks include infection, thread exposure or extrusion, irregularities, asymmetry, persistent pain and unsatisfactory results. Do not manipulate exposed threads; contact the clinic for pus, fever or worsening redness. Absorbability does not eliminate complications.

Up to 10 nose threads total, including up to 4 alar threads; Ultherapy 100 shots for the nasal ala and 50 for the philtrum; one nasal sculpting injection and Hutox to one alar area. Allocation is determined at consultation. Confirm anaesthesia type, fees and the final total beforehand.
