Guides for your consultation
Visiting from overseas: practical questions
Can I have a consultation in English?
The clinic director consults in English, Japanese and Korean. Chinese interpretation is available; request your preferred language when booking so the clinic can confirm arrangements.
Where is the clinic in Tokyo?
BEAUTYON CLINIC GINZA is on the 11th floor of HULIC & New GINZA 8, 8-9-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061, Japan. It is approximately a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station and a 7-minute walk from Ginza Station.
Can I visit in the evening?
Opening hours are 10:00–22:00, with final reception at 21:30. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays. Confirm the appointment time for your chosen treatment; final reception does not mean every treatment can start at 21:30.
Are treatment prices in US dollars, pounds or Japanese yen?
Treatment prices are in Japanese yen unless a menu expressly states another currency. Check both the price before tax and the tax-inclusive total. A dollar or pound conversion is only a reference; confirm the payment currency and final amount before treatment.
Do tourist visitors qualify for Japan-resident first-visit offers?
The first-visit offers on the Japanese website are limited to Japan residents attending this clinic for the first time. Visitors from overseas should check the separate tourist offers or applicable regular menu. First time in Japan does not itself meet the resident condition.
What should I confirm before a treatment during my trip?
Tell the clinic your travel dates, treatment history, medicines, allergies and preferred language. Ask about suitability, total fees, expected recovery, aftercare and how to contact the clinic after leaving Japan. Same-day treatment and no downtime are not guaranteed.
