Reshaping the nose without a scalpel.
Tip projection, alar width, the distance between nose and lip. No single point decides how a nose reads. This package combines threads, HIFU and injectables into one plan carried out in a single session. Every step is performed by a physician.
Self-pay treatment, not covered by public health insurance. Prices shown include consumption tax.
Why treating one area is rarely enough
Raise the bridge and a wide base still holds the width. Narrow the base and a long philtrum still reads as heavy. The nose is a volume, not a plane, and neighbouring features decide how each one is seen.
Height and width, addressed together
A more defined bridge can make the alar base look relatively wider. Threads build height while HIFU works on alar projection in the same session.
Not only the nose, but the philtrum
A long distance from nose base to upper lip makes the tip appear to point downward. Treating the philtrum is part of designing the nose.
Downtime kept to one window
Because nothing is incised, the plan is completed in one day rather than spread across visits. Swelling and bruising vary between individuals.
Included in the package
Distribution is decided by the physician at consultation. The standard composition is below.
| Treatment | Detail | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
| Nose thread lift (Yonsei technique) | Placed at the columella and ala to build the structural base. | Up to 10 threads |
| HIFU alar reduction (Ulthera Prime) | Energy delivered to the alar base. | 100 shots |
| HIFU philtrum shortening (Ulthera Prime) | Energy delivered between nose base and upper lip. | 50 shots |
| Sculpting injection (ala) | Fine adjustment around the alar region. | 1 session |
| Alar botulinum toxin | Injected into the muscle involved in alar flaring. | 1 session |
Thread count and shot distribution are decided by the physician based on nasal anatomy and skin condition. Figures shown are maximums. Anaesthesia is included.
Fractional and calming add-on
For patients who also want to address pore texture and skin quality. Can be added on the same day.
- Fractional laser on the nose
- Alar RF tightening
- Needle-free infusion, 3cc
- LDM, 6 minutes
An alternative: non-surgical midface reduction
Rather than the nose itself, this plan reduces the visual area of the central face. The goal differs from the nose package, so please discuss which is appropriate at consultation.
- HIFU, 150 shots total (Ulthera Prime), distributed across philtrum and ala
- Hyaluronic acid at the alar base, 1cc
Your visit
Consultation
We review nasal shape, skin thickness and the impression you want.
Physician assessment and planning
Suitability is judged and thread count and shot distribution are set.
Anaesthesia
Block anaesthesia is administered. The cost is included in the package.
Treatment
Threads, HIFU and injections are performed in sequence.
Aftercare briefing
We explain same-day precautions and what to expect.
Allow approximately 120 minutes.

Threads, injectables and energy-based treatments each last differently, and this varies between individuals. Results are not permanent.
Is it painful?
Block anaesthesia is administered and its cost is included in the package.
Who performs the treatment?
A physician performs every step.
Can I be treated on the day of consultation?
