Learn about tirzepatide and once-weekly self-injection following medical assessment, including dose adjustment, refrigerated storage and staged dispensing. Weight-management use is off-label and privately paid.
UNDERSTAND YOUR CAREAbout this treatment
Tirzepatide is a weekly injectable acting on GIP and GLP-1 receptors, with effects on glucose regulation and appetite. The clinic offers doctor-led weight-management consultation. Cosmetic weight reduction differs from Mounjaro’s approved Japanese indication.
01What to discuss with your doctor
Assessment includes diabetes, pancreatitis or gallbladder history, gastrointestinal symptoms, hypoglycemia risk, pregnancy or breastfeeding and other medicines—not weight alone. Discuss off-label weight-management use and alternative treatment or lifestyle support.
02From consultation to care
An initial medical consultation includes self-injection, storage and disposal instructions. It is a weekly subcutaneous injection, but the doctor decides starting dose, increases and pauses. Pricing tiers are not a universal dosing schedule.
03Recovery & aftercare
Nausea, reduced appetite, constipation or diarrhea may occur. Monitor hydration and nutrition and seek advice when unwell. Refrigerate, avoid freezing and follow the leaflet or pharmacist’s instructions for transport.
04Before choosing your treatment
Risks include hypoglycemia, especially with other diabetes drugs, acute pancreatitis, gallbladder problems and dehydration. Persistent severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, inability to drink or altered awareness require prompt medical care. The clinic states that its off-label use is outside Japan’s drug-injury relief scheme.
